Job Description

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort. Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis role plays a pivotal part in supporting and driving sales operations across both B2C and B2B channels.

You will work closely with a team of sales representatives to coordinate end-to-end sales processes, manage key client memberships, and ensure seamless communication between sales, operations, and partner networks. Your efforts will directly contribute to revenue growth and enhanced customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and escalated complaints, ensuring prompt, professional, and effective resolution through phone, email, and face-to-face communication. Coordinate and oversee the full sales lifecycle for both individual consumers and business clients, including travel agents, corporate accounts, and partners.

Manage sales and procurement documentation, such as applications, quotations, contracts, sales orders, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices—ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout. Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and current records. Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports to track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements in an organized and consistent manner. Support the development and implementation of sales strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition and retention across both consumer and corporate markets.

Collaborate closely with internal teams—sales, marketing, and operations—as well as external partners to streamline workflows, resolve issues, and maximize sales opportunities. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements General Diploma in any field At least 5 years of proven work experience in Inbound Sales, Call Centre Operations, Sales Coordination or Sales Support Knowledge of sales processes and procedures, including order management and customer service Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Self-motivated with an analytical mind and excellent problem-solving skills Experience in CRM, SAP system in order processing will be an added advantage Possess excellent written and spoken communication, interpersonal and organisational skills An independent team player who takes initiative, prompt and detailed-minded, adaptable in a dynamic fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Ability to do light lifting task Pleasant, friendly and warm disposition. Able to work on weekends and PH. Working mainly in office and occasionally within parks.
