Mandarin Speaker-Information Technology Solutions Specialist

Key Responsibilities:Analyze logistics business requirements (warehousing, transportation, forwarding, supply chain) and design suitable IT solutions.Develop, implement, and maintain logistics systems such as:Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), Freight Forwarding System ERP/SAP integration.Enhance operational efficiency by automating manual processes (shipment tracking, delivery orders, billing, reporting).Provide technical support for operations, customer service, and management teams regarding logistics systems.Integrate internal systems with external platforms (customer portals, e-commerce platforms, customs systems, tracking APIs).Monitor system performance to ensure smooth supply chain operations (real-time tracking, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery).Troubleshoot and resolve issues in logistics applications and system integrations.Prepare data-driven analytics and reports (inventory turnover, delivery lead time, operational cost efficiency).Stay updated on the latest logistics technologies (IoT, AI, big data, automation) and recommend system improvements or innovations.Qualification:Experience at least 3 years in IT Developer/ IT SupportMandarin speaking will be a plusProficiency using Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), Freight Forwarding System ERP/SAP integration.Need to have knowledge of warehousing or distribution related businessAble to provide operational and system solutions for the operations department.
