About The JobWe’re looking for a Project Manager to drive the growth of Manoa Energy’s renewable energy portfolio. This role focuses on scaling MW capacity by managing projects from technical execution to structuring and process implementation. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and risk management. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including landowners and regulatory bodies. Ensure quality assurance, budget management, and resource allocation. Drive continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and industry best practices.
What We're Looking For At least three years of project management experience, preferably in renewables. Strong understanding of Japan’s renewable energy policies, regulations, and market dynamics. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Economics, or a related field. Proficiency in project management tools and data visualization (Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple projects, structure unstructured problems, and drive results. Professional working proficiency in Japanese and English. Or complete the contact form below
