Manpower Croatia for Client, one of the leading partners in HORECA / Retail industry, is looking for an ideal candidate to fill in the position of Commercial Manager (m/f). Place of work: ZagrebJob description: General Business ResponsibilityFull accountability for the profitability of the company in Croatia and BiH, and for achieving targets set in the annual business plans. Defining a new development strategy and setting long-term strategic business goals. Identifying market-specific characteristics as well as future needs and opportunities for development in the HORECA and retail segments. Establishing an optimal organizational structure to ensure future business growth.

Coordinating procurement and production of the HORECA assortment to prevent out-of-stock situations and reduce production costs. Supervising and implementing operational goals to continuously improve business operations. Managing pricing strategy and maintaining a profitable value chain in the sales channel. Monitoring cash-flow and collection for the company in Croatia and BiH. Performing financial analysis of business results and providing relevant guidance for further profitability improvement. Managing the expense side of the company through cost-benefit analysis and cost optimization. Marketing and SalesCoordinating and analyzing weekly and monthly sales and controlling reports by market and product program.

Collecting, evaluating, and processing relevant business reports from all markets for reporting to the General Director. Managing the financial aspects of marketing projects and budgets. Actively participating in the development of promotional concepts to boost sales. Defining and upgrading strategies for working with key customers in the BiH market, in cooperation with the local Executive Director. Improving and developing direct business operations of selected product lines with key customers. Enhancing export operations with existing partners and customers outside the Region, including the USA. Defining export development strategy and selecting potential new markets. Initiating business operations in new export markets.

Actively working and collaborating with distributors and partners across all markets. Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, customers, principals, and other external stakeholders. Requirements: At least 5 years of work experience in similar managerial position, preferably production companyUniversity degree focused in Economics and BusinessAdvanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPointAdvanced English knowledge (B2-C1 level)Proven ability to lead and motivate peopleStrong team orientationWell-developed negotiation skillsOrderliness, accuracy, and attention to detail, especially when working with numbersFocus on achieving long-term business goalsExcellent communication skills
