The ideal candidate has experience in performance marketing, e-commerce advertising, and AI-driven media optimization. You will work closely with digital, performance, and strategy teams to establish best practices and scalable models for retail media buying. You will be responsible for developing strategy, running pilot campaigns, and integrating retail media into our existing scope of services.
If you are data-driven, results oriented and intrigued by possibilities of digital retail, let's talk!Location: ZagrebKey Responsibilities: ✅ Retail Media Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute retail media buying strategies across platforms like Konzum Klik, Wolt Ads, Glovo, and other emerging retail networks. Work with internal teams to integrate retail media into existing workflows. Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation in media buying, bidding, and budget allocation. ✅ Campaign Management & OptimizationPlan, launch, and optimize pilot retail media campaigns for key clients. Analyze performance, develop attribution models, and improve ROAS across platforms. Collaborate with performance, digital and social teams to ensure cross-channel synergy.
✅ AI & Automation IntegrationWork with AI tools for predictive analytics, bidding automation, and audience segmentation. Develop a data-driven approach to budget allocation across retail platforms. Test and implement dynamic creative optimization (DCO) for retail media. ✅ Influencer Marketing Synergy (Optional, but a plus!)Explore how influencers can drive direct retail conversions via Wolt, Glovo, and e-commerce platforms. Work with our social & community management teams to integrate retail media into influencer strategies. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years in digital performance marketing, retail media, or e-commerce advertising. Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic media buying.
Familiarity with retail media networks, quick-commerce, and e-commerce trends. Strong analytical & data-driven mindset—comfortable with AI-powered tools. Ability to work cross-functionally with strategy, performance, and digital teams. Passion for innovation & future-proofing offerings. Curiosity and willingness to explore the possibilities of e-commerce across different media platforms and channels.
