The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the human resources function for the location and providing core actions to support engagement, development, and compliance to support a well-functioning team as an extension of head office. This individual is also responsible for being a culture driver and connector to head office to support consistency.
This individual is highly skilled at relationship building to maximize the team member experience. They must have excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
