Our client is an exciting Series B funded SaaS start up in the AI space who are experiencing huge growth strong increase in ARR with large Tech clients in US. They are offering equity and huge growth potential to an experienced CSM who wants a fast moving role where they can step upThe are recruiting a remote Senior Customer Success Manager to partner on their enterprise accounts with top Blue Chip brands in SaaS space. You will drive activation, retention, and up sell. The ideal candidate:

MUST have worked in a fast paced SaaS start up (Seed to Series B funded ideally )Solid cv with at least 2-3 years in each roleAt least 5-8 years experience in fast paced CSM role and managed enterprise clientsCan help and WANT to build out the function, create playbooks, so can show they are able to work effectively in a start up.
