MUST have worked in a fast paced SaaS start up (Seed to Series B funded ideally )Solid cv with at least 2-3 years in each roleAt least 5-8 years experience in fast paced CSM role and managed enterprise clientsCan help and WANT to build out the function, create playbooks, so can show they are able to work effectively in a start up.
