CTO ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the long-term technology roadmap aligned with company strategyChampion scalable, cloud-native architecture and resilient infrastructureSpearhead the adoption of AI and intelligent automation across the productCollaborate with product teams to shape a roadmap that balances user needs and business prioritiesLead the development of new features and technical improvements across our platformDrive innovation while ensuring systems remain stable, secure, and performantCoach and inspire a team of talented engineers across multiple disciplinesOptimise development workflows, tooling, and agile processes to boost productivityEmbed best practices for testing, CI/CD, and release reliabilityMonitor and improve delivery metrics, from build times to system uptimeCTO RequirementsStrong experience leading engineering in fast-paced, product-driven environmentsDemonstrated ability to scale systems and teams through growthStrategic mindset with a bias for execution and clarityExperience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and modern infrastructure practices (e.
