Mantell Associates has partnered with an innovative CDMO to aid their search for a Senior Director of Business Development, focused on the Nordics region. This role will entail gaining a deep understanding of the organisation’s product and service portfolio, as well as taking on responsibility for assigned customers right from the beginning. Senior Director of Business Development - Responsibilities:

Provide oversight for Sales, Business Development, and Marketing initiatives within the organisationEmphasise the implementation of a comprehensive suite of sales solutions for customersParticipate in the expansion of the organisation's business areasExhibit high-level consulting skills, collaborating closely with customers to address their challengesFoster strong relationships with key decision-makers across various departments in customer organisationsRemain attuned to customer needs and identify new opportunities to create tailored solutionsManage project acquisition and oversee the entire sales processWork in tandem with colleagues from different areas to develop customised solutions and encourage interdepartmental collaborationYour daily work will involve close familiarisation with the company offerings, in addition to managing a portfolio of clients from the outsetSenior Director of Business Development - Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutics, Life Science, or a related fieldHave several years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Key Accounts managementCapable of leveraging excellent customer service and advice to cultivate long-term customer relationships and drive sales successPossess a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical and drug discovery industriesExhibit technical knowledge and subject matter expertise in drug discovery and developmentDemonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbalExhibit strong networking skills and ability to establish connections with people from diverse backgroundsComfortable with utilising technology as an integral part of the sales processMantell Associates is a specialist Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences headhunting firm.
