Manual QA Engineer

Our platform is available in 21 languages and serves traders in many countries around the world, making global markets more accessible than ever.We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer who will bring their expertise to our team of five QA specialists. This new role will help us accelerate development.Responsibilities:Perform functional and non-functional testing of client (web + mobile) and server applications.Create test cases and checklists.Identify and document bugs; reproduce and analyze complex defects.Analyze logs and data to determine root causes of issues.Collaborate with the team to improve testing processes and enhance product quality.Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and participate in release decision-making.Evaluate release results and propose improvements to increase software stability and quality.Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Software Tester or QA Engineer.Ability to analyze requirements and create test cases and test scenarios.Excellent knowledge of software testing methodologies and practical experience applying them.Experience testing web, mobile, and server applications.Knowledge of REST API and proficiency with tools such as Postman, Swagger, or equivalents.Experience using Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and log analysis tools.Experience working with financial applications (trading terminals, investment or trading software, etc.).Conversational or professional proficiency in Russian or English is required.This is an onsite position.We offer:Office in the city center of Chișinău.Corporate events and teambuilding activities.IT Park membership: official employment, 28 calendar days of vacation.Annual salary review.Drinks, free coffee, tea, fresh fruits.Modern work equipment.Relaxation area in the office.Corporate library.Compensation for gym memberships.Up Dejun lunch vouchers.If you want to join our team, send your CV to jobs@avantajprim.comWe look forward to hearing from you!
