Are you ready to help us face challenges and find solutions that get us both to the next level of excellence?What The Role EntailsThe Manual QA Engineer is a key contributor to quality assurance, working under general supervision to ensure software meets high standards.Responsibilities include reviewing requirements and specifications, conducting system analysis, preparing and executing manual test cases, and analyzing results.The role involves defect reporting and tracking using tools like Jira, troubleshooting issues, and retesting bugs.The engineer collaborates across teams and locations, stays updated on QA trends, and mentors peers.They manually test all aspects of the game—gameplay, graphics, sound, animation, and content—ensuring compatibility across supported platforms.They update test cases to uncover bugs and meet jurisdictional standards, suggest gameplay improvements, and write game-specific test plans.The role also includes managing feedback, supporting Product and Scrum teams, and advocating best QA practices to maintain product excellence.What We Ask Of YouExperience: Minimum of 2–4 years in manual QA or testing roles. Developing Others: Proven ability to mentor and guide testers. Agility: Strong capability to adapt to testing and game changes. Culture Building: Experience fostering a quality-driven culture. Accountability: Track record of managing defects and documentation. Strategic Thinking: Ability to improve test cases and game compatibility. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Jira and testing tools. Leadership: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
