We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer with a solid background in software testing, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and design to ensure the highest standards of quality across all stages of the product lifecycle.This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and is eager to take full ownership of the QA process within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.🛠 ResponsibilitiesDesign, write, and execute manual test cases based on feature requirements and user stories. Identify, document and track bugs in issue tracking systems (e.g. Jira) Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and smoke testing across web and mobile platforms. Validate API functionality by designing and executing test scenarios, analyzing responses, and verifying expected outcomes. Conduct data validation by querying databases to ensure backend processes and stored data align with functional requirements. Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure a consistent user experience. Collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify feature expectations and resolve issues. Participate in QA planning, test case reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Maintain and continuously improve test documentation and QA processes. Take the initiative in refining QA workflows and proposing process improvements. Assist in defining and tracking quality metrics (e.g., bug leakage, coverage). Be a quality advocate for the team, promoting accountability and excellence across the SDLC. ✅ Requirements3+ years of experience in manual software testing, preferably in Agile environments. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and the software development lifecycle. Proficiency with Jira or similar issue tracking and project management tools. Hands-on experience with Postman for API validation and testing. Working knowledge of SQL to support data validation and backend testing. Ability to write detailed and concise bug reports and test documentation. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. ⭐ Nice to Have Experience in testing mobile applications (iOS/Android). Familiarity with online gambling platforms or testing in the iGaming industry. Basic knowledge of test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr). Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Exposure to CI/CD environments or basic scripting for semi-automated test flows. Understanding RESTful APIs and client-server communication.
