Our QA Specialist learns quickly, understands user and client priorities, is an effective communicator, and can collaborate with our team of developers, project managers and designers.In your role as Manual QA, you will be expected toCreate testing plans in collaboration with project teamsDevelop documentation of test proceduresCreate and prioritize bug reports with clear reproduction stepsUse a suite of testing tools to ensure the accessibility and responsiveness of websites and applicationsFacilitate the UAT process and issue triageWork closely with developers and designersCoordinate closely with project managers to ensure client successStay up-to-date with industry best practicesParticipate in improving our QA practice across the organizationWhat kind of skill set do you need to be successful in your role within the Evolving community?At least 2 years of experience working in a web QA role, with a focus on frontend, UI/UX and website testingExcellent organizational and prioritization skills and methodical attention to detailExperience testing content management Experience in testing CMS-based websitesExperience using testing tools for browser and device compliance Understanding of usability best practicesConducting manual and automated accessibility auditsExperience working with a team and using a standardized development workflowExperience using a project management tool like Redmine or JIRAStrong communication skills in EnglishAbility to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment.Bonus forExperience with CMS platforms such as Drupal and or WordPressAgency experience working on diverse client projects.Programming or design experienceExperience in running SEO audits and sharing SEO best practicesExperience in setting up Google Analytics tracking on websites and able to troubleshoot issuesWhat kind of person usually gets along easily with us?Collaborative and open to feedbackOrganized and able to work on several projects concurrentlyCreative, curious, and proactive at problem-solvingNot afraid of learning new tools and taking on new responsibilitiesBenefits And PerksWe provide a well-rounded benefits package to support both your personal and professional well-being.
