Manual Tester

One of our multinational client, an IT consulting and service provider, is currently looking for a Manual Tester who will join their dynamic team in Cebu.Work set-up: HybridWork schedule: DayshiftJob responsibilities:Assess software quality through manual testing.Coordinate with project stakeholders to understand, review, analyze requirements and testing scope for the projectReview and develop a comprehensive Test Plan and Test Cases based on the provided requirementsExecutes test based on test strategy, test plan and test case.Logs and investigates defects. Discusses incidents found with developer.Sets up test environment and reports to scrum team and customJob qualifications:Must Have Skills :Between 3 - 6 years of experience in manual testingExperience in using Jira and Xray (at least 1 yr)Attention to detail, thinking out of the box to break logic and problem-solving skillsProactive and has initiative and can be able to catch up easily and able to work with less supervisionWilling to be assigned/relocated in Cebu CityGood to Have Skills:Has experience in mentoring or leading junior testersExperience with gathering and documenting functional requirements, use cases, test cases and test executionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledgeable in Multi-functional printer and MFP Printer testing experience is a plusHas experience in the following testing types: UI, Function test, Regression Test, Adhoc TestingHas experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud services (creation of application, OIDC, Azure Active Directory), MS SQLKnowledgeable in Windows Active Directory, Windows ServerHas basic network knowledge is a plusISTQB certified is a plus
