Manual Tester (ServiceNow)

Your tasksDefinition of test plans and detailed test cases based on business and technical requirements;Design and construction of test scenarios and manual test scripts;Execution of manual tests in both functional and integration testing phases;Reporting, logging, and follow-up of defects and incidents;Test coordination, including collaboration with business analysts, developers, and product owners;Participation in test review meetings and preparation of test progress reports;Support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.RequirementsUniversity degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 11 years of relevant working experience in IT;Hands-on experience in the manual testing of ServiceNow applications in enterprise environments;Experience with ServiceNow testing practices, including Test Management and Release cycles;Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (e.g., black-box, regression, exploratory testing);Experience with test case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow Test Management, Zephyr);Experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira);Experience preparing test data, ideally using SQL and relational databases;Familiarity with ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) and HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) modules;Good understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and their impact on testing cycles;Awareness of test automation approaches (though not required to automate);The following certifications are considered an asset: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (formerly ITBM), ServiceNow Certified Test Management 2.0, ISTQB Foundation Level or higher;Excellent command of the English language.
