WHAT YOUR MISSION WILL BE?Organize autonomously manufacture visits with Markets (internal notes, bookings in collaboration with other departments)Be an ambassador of la Grande Maison by conducting Manufacture visits to our clientsFollow up of the agenda & and the day-to-day activityDevelop local activities and experiences catalog for clients, VICsManufacture visit list tracking - Weekly reportDaily, Weekly, Monthly and quarterly report (experience & commercial): Daily reminder to each market to complete the feedback reports on timeDaily analysis of market on quantitative and qualitative market feedbackPreparation excel dashboard on Manufacture visit performance to be shared every week. Prepare quarterly report of Manufacture sales performance and follow up with marketing of each visit performanceCollaboration with the CRM HQ department: to gather data and adjust Manufacture visit performance reportingEnsure data quality from the market: Daily reminder to share the right information to prepare visit and for reporting their experience & performanceContribute to improve Manufacture visit process Provide daily support to market teams in terms of Client Experience at the manufactureWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?You are looking for an internship as part of your studies (Master) and you have a first experience in hospitaly and project management. A first experience in the luxury industry, fine watchmaking and high jewellery knowledge is a plus.You are fluency in English and French including excellent writing skills in both languages, and you are proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.You are known for your strong organization, communication skills and you are oriented problem solving, while being flexible and efficient.If so, this opportunity is for you !
