Manufacturing Associate

A global manufacturing leader in life sciences is seeking a Sr Manufacturing Associate to join their team in New Hampshire. This role will be leading manufacturing for a variety of biopharmaceutical and cell/gene therapy products. Shift: 7-7 (both day and night shift available), 2/2/3 schedule Pay: $35-40/hr (differential available for night shift)Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure strict adherence to site safety goals.Serve as SME for assigned areas (e.g., Cell Growth, Drug Product Filling).Lead key manufacturing operations such as harvest, vial filling, and inspection.Perform key manufacturing operations at the highest level and quality Collaborate on process improvements and new customer integrations.Identify and secure required equipment and materials.Key RequirementsHigh school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.5+ years of relevant industry experience.Strong communication, and collaboration skills.Proven success managing complex biotechnological processes.Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
