Manufacturing Associate

As a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll play a key role in producing therapeutic proteins (APIs) in a cGMP-regulated environment. This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based setting.You’ll receive comprehensive training and have the opportunity to grow your technical skills in biomanufacturing.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute production processes and follow written SOPs to ensure compliance with cGMP and GDP standards.Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment, including clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) operations.Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pH and conductivity testing, sample collection, and product monitoring.Handle material transfers, raw materials, and chemicals across production areas safely and efficiently.Maintain facility cleanliness and perform sanitization activities to support 6S and cleanroom standards.Attend shift meetings, complete documentation, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations.Ideal BackgroundsSuccessful team members have come from diverse fields, especially those involving precision, safety, and procedural work.
