Responsibilities of the ControllerManage the company’s financial plans and policiesSupervise and organize workflow for Accounting and Payroll team members Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAPPrepare and analyze financial reporting Maintain all fiscal recordsDetermine manufacturing material costs and estimatesMaintain relationships with financial institutionsQualifications of the Controller Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field10+ years of experience in fiscal managementCost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in business consolidationsMinimum of 5 years of experience leading a teamProficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, and ERP experience (Epicor Kinetic strongly preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to internal stakeholders Results-driven personality who can work with others diplomatically across all levels of the organizationStrong time management and prioritization skills Effective problem-solving skills to analyze financial data, resolve complex accounting issues, and improve reporting accuracyPlease share your resume in confidence for this Controller opportunity offering $110-$130K/year, DOE.
