Job SummaryThis position, reporting to the Engineering Team, performs the crucial role of accurately analyzing, validating, and managing customer specification-based BOM, and ensuring its registration and application within the company's internal systems. The role ensures the integrity of BOM data through close consultation with customers and internal engineering teams, supporting the equipment manufacturing and delivery preparation processes.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer BOM AnalysisStructural and technical review and analysis of customer-provided BOMs (final specifications), followed by accurate registration in the company's ERP systems.Defining and managing the differences and mapping relationships between customer BOMs and the company's standard BOMs.Managing the final version and specification changes the history of the customer BOM for each equipment project.Customer BOM Negotiation and ValidationDirectly negotiate and coordinate with the customer's engineering team in case of customer BOM composition errors, omissions, or technical discrepancies.Perform technical reviews on BOM registration and change requests (ECR/ECN) and disseminate customer specification changes to relevant internal teams.Obtain formal approval from the customer for BOM registrations and changes, and maintain related records.BOM Data Management and Process SupportProvide data for internal production planning and material purchase requests based on accurate BOM information.Lead efforts to rationalize and standardize BOM management processes.Act as the technical communication channel regarding BOM matters with the customer's engineering team.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree or higher (Engineering fields preferred: Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Industrial Engineering, etc.).Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (Semiconductor Equipment, Precision Machinery, or other complex manufacturing industries preferred).Technical Competencies :Deep understanding of BOM structure and management processes, especially handling customer-specific BOMs.Ability to interpret drawings and customer technical documents and match/validate them against the BOM.Core Competencies :Excellent analytical skills to analyze complex data and solve problems logically.Effective communication and negotiation skills with customer engineering teams and internal departments.Business level English proficiency for working with overseas customers and engineering teamsPreferred Experience:Experience in the Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment industryExperience in technical specification negotiation or project management with customers.This job description is subject to change based on company needs.Our Value Proposition:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the semiconductor industry.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.Work Location: Songdo-dong 11-102, Yeonsoo-gu, Incheon-si, Republic of Korea------------------------------------------------------------------------Celestica is an equal opportunity employer.
