We are a semiconductor manufacturing equipment supplier for cutting-edge AI technology and commitment to excellence.As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for electromechanical assemblies.This role offers high autonomy and accountability, and ensures our products meet all applicable requirements, industry standards and enabling us to maintain our reputation as a trusted provider of reliable high-quality equipment.This position requires excellent organizational, communication, hands-on skills, attention to detail, strong drive and ready to lead without needing constant direction in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Responsibilities Design and implement manufacturing processes for new products from concept to production. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for manufacturing, installation, and maintenance. Develop work instructions and deliver technical training for production operators. Lead root cause analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvement using lean principles. Specify, procure, and validate manufacturing equipment and tooling; ensure maintenance and calibration. Collaborate with design, quality, production teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless operations. Support the transition from pilot manufacturing to full-scale mass production. Job Requirements Deep understanding of manufacturing engineering principles, especially in electronics or electromechanical systems. Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IPC). Strong proficiency in CAD tools and manufacturing simulation software. Broad understanding of risk management principles and practices related to overall semiconductor industry product development and customer satisfaction.. Proven experience in leading manufacturing projects. Strong planning, organization, and execution skills. Ability to manage resources and timelines effectively. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed choices. Provides leadership in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and efficiency. Solves complex manufacturing problems with innovative strategies. Applies analytical thinking to improve processes and reduce costs. Adapts to evolving manufacturing requirements and technologies. Drives continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor. Works collaboratively across departments to align manufacturing goals with business objectives. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex compliance concepts to diverse stakeholders. Communicates complex ideas, anticipates potential objections and persuades and motivates others, to adopt a different point of view. Able to clearly handshake each task with the task owners. Solid ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners and customers Understands cost drivers in manufacturing and contributes to cost reduction initiatives. Anticipates manufacturing challenges and recommends process improvements. Bachelor's Degree required (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering). Professional certifications in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma are desirable. 7+ Years of hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering. Benefit 💼 Why Choose Us?
