We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.Join Einride's Autonomous Vehicle team as a Manufacturing Engineer specialized on the optimizing and securing of a safely built vehicle.You WillBe empowered to build a world-class manufacturing engineering team, shaping its structure and establishing the processes that will ensure its long-term success.Ensure our vehicles are manufacturable by close collaboration with our designers Develop and improve our manufacturing processes as well as quality assurance protocolsHave ownership of our manufacturing process instructionsHave ownership over Manufacturing Requirements Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Bill of Materials processesBalance the build expectations between early pre-builds, prototypes and production vehicles. Adapting requirements depending on what the company needsSupport the Pilot Production & Site Manager in ensuring a safe and enjoyable work environment in our manufacturing facilities in GothenburgWe Expect You To HaveProfessional experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent background from manufacturing & productionStrong insight into product development phases, ideally within the automotive industryProven experience with both concept and production buildsintermediate proficiency in a major 3D CAD platformExperience working with (Autonomous Drive System) ADS platform is a plus but not a requirementBeyond The Technical, We ValueA naturally curious, humble, and creative mindsetA genuine interest in wanting to stay close to where the build takes placeStrong communication and collaborative team-working skillsThe ability to thrive and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentThis is a full-time position based in Gothenburg.
