What Drives SuccessLocation: Tifton, GA (100% Onsite)The Manufacturing Engineer I assists in the planning and designing of basic manufacturing processes in an industrial plant.Duties include, but are not limited to:Assist with the application of basic engineering principles to perform routine design, fabrication, modification and evaluation in support of manufacturing operations.Assist in conducting analyses or tests of a routine degree of complexity pertaining to the development of new methods, materials, processes or standards and provide recommendations accordingly.Assist in the preparation of plans, process specifications and procedures, production aids and assembly fixtures, MRP support studies, factory cost work standards and assignments of similar complexity.Assign work to drafters and technicians as needed.What We Are Looking ForIn order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:Bachelor's degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.Familiar with analytical and CAD software.Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.Strong verbal and written communication skills.What We OfferCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $64,000 - $84,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
