Eby Inc, you’ll play a critical role in our aluminum fabrication operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:Aluminum Fabrication Expertise: Cutting, bending, and assembling aluminum components with precision and efficiency utilizing CNC machinery.Process Optimization: Developing and refining manufacturing processes to improve quality, reduce waste, and increase throughput.ERP System Integration: Utilizing your expertise with ERP systems to streamline production schedules, track inventory, and enhance operational efficiency.Team Leadership: Collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring production staff to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.Continuous Improvement: Leading initiatives to enhance safety, productivity, and sustainability across the manufacturing floor.What We’re Looking ForTo excel in this role, you’ll need:Proven experience in aluminum fabrication, including cutting, bending, and assembly.Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency with ERP systems and a track record of integrating technology into manufacturing workflows.A leadership mindset with the ability to inspire and guide teams.A commitment to continuous improvement and attention to detail.A degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and leadership development.A supportive team environment focused on innovation and collaboration.The chance to work with cutting-edge tools and technology.M.H.
