Manufacturing Engineer Manager (MSFT)

Your ContributionYou will lead and control Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance operations, ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards, coordinate engineering activities with internal and external stakeholders, implement new technologies to enhance production capability and safety, develop engineering teams, and drive continuous improvement across production processes.Supervise and manage Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance departments.Ensure all activities comply with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and company regulations.Coordinate with government authorities regarding machinery and production capacity.Report and collaborate with management and internal/external teams to meet operational targets.Review, select, and implement new equipment and technologies to improve performance and safety.Develop and motivate subordinates to strengthen capability and teamwork.Analyze product requirements for jigs/fixtures and prevent assembly-related defects.Evaluate production line layouts and machine installation feasibility.Monitor production startup to identify and resolve issues.Analyze quality problems and define corrective actions.Participate in APQP, FMEA, Feasibility studies, and new product launch planning.Support quality, environment, 5S, and other company projects.Perform other tasks assigned by your supervisor.Your Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, machine installation, or system implementation.Knowledge of computer applications and English communication.Ability to use basic computer programs.Strong planning, coordination, leadership, and interpersonal skills.High integrity and responsibility.Required training: 5S, Safety Management, ISO 9001/IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.Ability to speak and write in English.Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Siam Filter Systems Co., Ltd. – Kingkaew 33, Samut Prakan.Our OfferingWe will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities.We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
