Job DescriptionLocation: Tokoname Plant (1-25-1 Rinku-cho, Tokoname-shi, Aichi-ken, Japan)Position: Manufacturing Engineer Job Description:You will be responsible for the process design of assembly, machining, and heat treatment of automotive drivetrain gear components (hypoid gears, helical gears, final drives). Specifically, you will:Determine and order equipment specifications and tool specificationsConduct equipment trials, build-up, and mass production launchPlan and implement layout changesConduct technical meetings with customers, suppliers, and related departmentsImprove productivity, quality, and cost after mass productionShare and support technology with overseas counterpartsResponsibilities:You will be responsible for one of the following tasks.Gear Machining:Hypoid gear machining (creating equipment specifications, drafting blank gears, experience in product launch)Heat treatment processCreating FMEA and control plans3D CADAssembly:Launching assembly lines for transmissions or final drives (creating equipment specifications, product launch)Launching vibration measuring equipmentCreating FMEA and control plans3D CAD Required Experience and Skills:Experience in production engineering in the manufacturing industry, especially in the automotive industryKnowledge of mechanical drawing, materials science, and machiningProficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general computer operationExperience with 3D CADKnowledge of NC programmingJapanese : Fluently English : Basic level Driver license in Japanーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー私たちは常滑工場、生産技術スタッフを募集しています。 勤務地： 常滑工場（愛知県常滑市りんくう町一丁目25番1） 募集ポジション： 生産技術スタッフ 業務内容：自動車駆動系ギヤ関係部品（ハイポイドギヤ、ヘリカルギヤ、ファイナルドライブ）の組立・加工・熱処理の工程設計を担当していただきます。具体的には以下の業務を行います：設備仕様や治工具仕様の決定・発注設備トライアル、つくり込み、量産立ち上げレイアウト検討・変更実行顧客やサプライヤー、関連部門との技術的な打合せ量産以降の生産性、品質、コスト等の改善海外との技術共有、支援担当業務：以下のいずれかの業務を担当していただきます。ギア加工担当ハイポイドギア加工（設備仕様書作成、ブランクギアの製図、製品立ち上げ経験者）ヘリカルギア加工（設備仕様書作成、ブランクギアの製図、製品立ち上げ経験者）熱処理工程FMEA、コントロールプランの作成3D CAD組立担当ミッションまたはファイナルドライブ組立ライン立ち上げ（設備仕様書作成、製品立ち上げ）振動測定器立ち上げFMEA、コントロールプランの作成3D CAD求める経験・スキル：製造業、特に自動車業界での生産技術経験者機械製図、材料力学、機械加工の知識エクセル、ワード、パワーポイントなどのパソコン操作スキル3D-CADの使用経験NCプログラミングの知識日本語（上級レベル。話せて読み書きができること）英語力（英語に苦手意識がなければ初級レベルも可能です）About UsGKN Automotive is the market leader in conventional, all-wheel and electrified drive systems and solutions.
