Manufacturing Engineer

OverviewThe Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining efficient manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality, cost-effective production in compliance with Saudi regulations and industry standards. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Optimization: Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, workflows, and procedures to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectivenessProduction Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and schedule production activities, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource utilizationEquipment & Tooling: Identify, evaluate, and select appropriate equipment and tooling; ensure maintenance and calibration are up to standardQuality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures; conduct inspections, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to maintain product qualityContinuous Improvement:

Lead initiatives to analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process enhancements for efficiency and waste reductionRisk Assessment: Identify risks and hazards in the manufacturing process; develop mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with safety regulationsDocumentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and specifications; generate reports on production metrics and improvementsCost Analysis: Analyze production costs, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement strategies to optimize expenses without compromising qualityTeam Collaboration: Work closely with design engineers, production supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure smooth manufacturing operationsCompliance:

Stay updated with Saudi and international regulations, standards, and best practices related to manufacturing, safety, and quality controlQualifications And SkillsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and techniquesFamiliarity with CAD/CAM software and process simulation; experience with ERP/manufacturing software is a plusProficiency in data analysis and statistical tools for process monitoring and improvementExperience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologiesKnowledge of quality management systems (e. g. , ISO 9001)Excellent problem-solving, project management, and teamwork skillsStrong communication abilities; English required, Arabic is an advantage.
