Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerLocation: Rabat RegionAbout the Client and Role Our client, a leading Automotive company, is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring production operations, ensuring quality standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily production activities to ensure goals are met within established timelines. Apply Lean tools to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality. Prepare, implement, and document product changes. Develop error-prevention procedures. Create technical specifications for procurement and suppliers. Coordinate delivery of original products to customers with all necessary documentation.
Collaborate with the Simultaneous Development Team (SDT) on Statements of Work (SOW), Capital Appropriation Requests (CAR), and accurate data entry in the Trim Product Data Management (TPDM) system. Suggest and implement process improvements. Manage administrative tasks including daily reporting and data entry per company procedures. Develop detailed activity plans for production processes. Follow all relevant work procedures. Recognize and respond effectively to customer expectations. Skills and QualificationsFluent in English (mandatory). Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement processes. Proven experience in manufacturing engineering within a plant environment. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
