Design, develop, implement and support of projects and processes, according to the requirements of the company’s production operations and the products’ technical data package. Produce cost estimates. Prepare of technical studies, reports and substantiated proposalsInvestigate and select required tools and equipment, the auditing of subcontractors and the activities of the company’s Quality Assurance system. Work-Life Balance initiatives. Qualifications & ExperienceElectrical or Mechanical or Production Engineering Bachelor's degree. A post-graduate degree within the scope of the role is desirable. Previous relevant experience within an industrial environment (previous experience in the defense sector will be considered as an additional qualification). Excellent knowledge and use of the English language, both orally and verbally, with the ability to understand complex technical documents. Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications. Comfortable to facilitate effective communication across various levels (customers, operational unit, production areas, products development etc. ). Previous experience in instigating and implementing continuous process improvement is desirable.
Previous practical experience of an ERP, ideally SAP system is desirable. Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable). Ability to obtain security clearance by relevant authorities.
