Manufacturing/Quality Engineer – Product TransferPurpose: Support the transfer and integration of new products by setting up production lines and implementing manufacturing equipment and processes at the Clonmel facility. Own defined process areas, driving improvements, efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives. Develop deep understanding of transferred manufacturing processes, including controls and compliance. Conduct equipment/software qualifications, process characterizations, and validations.
Interface with Quality and R&D to integrate new products and resolve quality issues. Evaluate and implement new technologies, systems, and equipment using engineering best practices. Investigate and resolve non-conformances through structured problem-solving. Drive process optimization and workflow efficiency through cross-functional collaboration. Communicate technical updates clearly to stakeholders. Contribute to a high-performance, high-expectation team culture. Qualifications & Experience: Honours Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science. Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment. Experience with validation lifecycle essential. FDA-regulated environment experience is a plus. Self-starter with strong initiative and collaborative mindset.
