该职位来源于猎聘 OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE Reporting to the Senior Manager, Manufacturing Excellence, in this position, you are a key player contributing to our manufacturing excellence journey. You will be deeply involved in building up clear understanding on how the manufacturing activities impact to our future competitiveness. You are expected to have strong analytical skill and support us to build the culture of continuous improvement.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 1、Work on manufacturing efficiency data analysis across all processes to ensure clear understanding on the status about cost efficiency.2、Create simple and effective operating model to help team address the benefits on continuous improvement activities. 3、Facilitate or lead improvement activities with cross functional teams to support our goals’ achievement. 4、Manufacturing process mapping and maintenance REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 1、Bachelor’s degree or above, major in IE, Manufacturing Engineering, or Supply Chain related. 2、2-5years’ MNC working experience.3、Stay curious and strong at data analysis, process mapping, presentation capability and proactive driver for continuous improvement. 4、Must be familiar with MS office Excel, PowerPoint, Visio…etc.5、Fluent in written and verbal English6、Available to travel to/stay in supplier factories on demand.
