Headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, and with more than 55 offices worldwide, we are a fast-evolving organization driven by purpose and performance.The RoleAs our new Manufacturing Global process owner and business analyst, you will be the global process owner for manufacturing in our ERP (Dynamics/CERP) and MES environments. You’ll play a key role in bridging manufacturing processes with IT, ensuring seamless system functionality, and unlocking insights through data analysis and visualization.Your work will include business analysis and execution on manufacturing improvements, having a direct impact on efficiency and cost improvements on a global scale.What You’ll DoOwn and develop manufacturing processes in Dynamics/CERPAct as subject matter expert (SME) for Dynamics manufacturing questions globallyDrive ERP/MES rollouts and integrations across sites globallyCollaborate with IT and external partners to solve system challengesAnalyze, visualize, and report on manufacturing data (Power BI and beyond)Automate repetitive tasks and data flows using tools like Power AppsBenchmark ERP/MES usage globally to ensure best practice and system performanceDeliver insights for cost and process improvements through business analysis on current processes and costsDeep dive and drive manufacturing improvements through tools such as value stream mappings, visual management development and implementation and other toolsSupport our global manufacturing sites with improvements to reduce time, costs and wastesWhat We’re Looking ForAcademic background in Industrial Engineering, Production/Manufacturing Engineering, Software engineering (or equivalent technical field)Solid experience with ERP/MES systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a strong plus)Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsExperience in data visualization (Power BI or similar)A problem-solver mindset — making systems work for the business, not the other way aroundGlobal mindset and ability to collaborate across cultures and geographiesFamiliarity with production planning, reporting, and manufacturing processesExperience in working in manufacturing improvements, Lean manufacturing and problem solvingStrong “can-do” and ability to communicate complex ideas effectivelyWhy Join Us?Be part of a global safety technology leader shaping the future of SafetyTechA role with real global impact – spanning multiple sites and industriesWork in a fast-growing, purpose-driven company with 100+ years of heritageCollaborate with passionate colleagues in a truly international environmentApply NowIf you’re ready to take the next step, apply today and help us shape the future of Safety-Tech.Ready to learn more about our journey?
