From our residential and commercial water solutions to industrial water management and everything in between, our 9,750 global employees serve customers in more than 150 countries, working to help improve lives and the environment around the world.Join us as a Manufacturing Operator in our Dover, NH facility.You will be operating various types of machinery and forming carbon filters.More Details About The OpportunityForming filters by loading and dipping them into a liquid bathCuring filters in an oven and then turning them down in a turning machineCutting filters down to size on an automatic sawInspection and quality checks on filters using equipment such as a linear gage and ring gage.It will be a very physical position and must be able to lift to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Involves regular pulling, tugging, pushing, and reaching during the manufacturing process.Willing to train the right people that have backgrounds doing physical labor.Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!): (Shift times can vary)1st shift: 6:30am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday2nd shift: 2:30pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday3rd shift: 10:30pm to 6:30am, Sunday through Thursday8% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shiftCompensationThe hourly pay for this role is: $17.50 to 19.50/hr. DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training.
