Job Description

1 year Contract, Production Planning & SchedulingAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Scheduling to manage short- and mid-term planning activities for assigned manufacturing lines. Working closely with Supply Chain, QA, QC, Operations, and other partners, you will ensure efficient scheduling, execution, and continuous improvement across the production workflow. You may also serve as a backup for peer schedulers.Key ResponsibilitiesConvert supply plans into detailed daily schedules within the frozen periodManage detailed scheduling for assigned work centers and follow up on executionLead weekly scheduling meetings and monitor daily operations with all stakeholdersTrack work orders from creation to releaseSet priorities based on business needs and operational constraintsEnsure execution of mid-term plans (material availability, master data setup)Coordinate stability plan activities, variations, transitions, and make-to-order (MTO) repackingManage reprocessing activities when requiredOwn key KPIs (OTIF, Schedule Adherence, RFT)Drive continuous improvement and challenge the status quoExecute assigned change control tasks on timeQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business or Supply ChainMinimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain (production or supply planning)Experience in an international industrial setting; pharma/biotech preferredStrong resilience, autonomy, proactive mindset, quality focusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; quick process understandingExperience with LEAN is an assetStrong IT skills (MS Office, Excel, ERP; Oracle is a plus)Fluency in French and English required
