Manufacturing Supervisor

You'll collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning and engineering phases to ensure technical readiness and campaign success.Supervise production activities, ensuring safety and operational continuity-even beyond regular hours.Develop and maintain cGMP-compliant documentation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Train and guide operators on technical and production-specific procedures.Monitor adherence to protocols and intervene when deviations occur.Foster communication and knowledge-sharing within the operations team.Drive continuous improvement initiatives (6S, Lean Six Sigma, KAIZEN) while upholding safety, hygiene, environmental, and quality standards.Your ProfileTechnical education or advanced training (apprenticeship, Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent).Experience in chemical, biotech, or food production is a plus.Familiarity with ISO and/or GMP environments preferred.Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital systems.Fluent in German (spoken and written) and proficient in English Mandatory.Willingness to participate in on-call duty rotations.
