Your job, as Manufacturing & Supply Site Head for Aventis Pharma Manufacturing Singapore will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational excellence of the manufacturing site. This includes overseeing production, quality, engineering, supply chain, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and regulatory compliance. Ensuring the Site meets business objectives, regulatory standards, and customer expectations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Leadership & Strategy: Lead the site leadership team and drive alignment with corporate goals. Develop and implement site strategy to support business growth and operational efficiency. Represent the site in global forums and audits.Operations Management:Oversee all manufacturing operations including production, engineering, warehousing, and utilities. Ensure timely delivery of products with adherence to quality, cost, and service targets. Drive productivity, yield improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.Quality & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with cGMP, regulatory, and safety standards. Maintain audit readiness and lead regulatory inspections (FDA, EMA, etc.). Implement robust quality systems and continuous improvement practices.People & Culture: Build and maintain a high-performance culture through effective leadership and talent development. Promote employee engagement, safety, and well-being. Ensure workforce planning and succession management.Capital & Budget Management: Manage site budget and operational expenditures. Lead infrastructure upgrades.EHS & Sustainability: Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety About YouStrong Experience in the small molecules API production factoryTrack record in managing and developing cross functional large teamsGood functional knowledge on industrial business processes incl Safety, Quality and Performance, local (Singapore) statutory requirements is a plusGood exposure to change management and transversal collaboration (e.g., projects)Experience in a global function role (e.g., Quality, SMS, E&M) and/or in end-to-end strategic position (e.g., Industrial Product Leader) is a plusProduction & Operation management expertise with good command of performance KPI and budget setting, monitoring and goal achievement, incl. Lean and Supply Chain principlesThorough knowledge of EHS requirements as well as of cGMP and Quality regulations, incl. successful demonstrated safety achievements and good track-record in an EMA / FDA environment (PAI and GMP-inspections)Good practice & understanding of new technologies & digital tools (predictive maintenance, eBR, Infra-Red PAT…) Strategic thinking: Analyses of current and future scenarios, disrupts the status quo with innovation, while remaining pragmatic and focus on priorities. Able to shape a vision.
