This experience, combined with a commitment to embracing emerging technologies, enables the business to add value at every stage in a customer’s project. Summary of RoleThe primary role of the Manufacturing Support Technician is to ensure the smooth operation of cleanrooms. They will ensure compliance to all applicable GMP guidelines, health and safety, and actively support continuous improvement. The Manufacturing Support Technician will also support site activities as required from time to time to meet business needs such as warehouse support and scale-up / scale-down technical transfer runs. Essential FunctionsProvide ongoing maintenance of the cleanliness of the production facility:Routine cleaning operationsMaintaining clean room stock levelsRoutine environmental sampling including cleanrooms and water systemsSupport the production operation including but not limited to:Material, product, samples and waste transfer operationsGeneration of material and process risk assessments (CoSHH and general risk assessments)Support the sourcing of equipment, raw materials and consumables for use in manufacturing projectsMaintain personal Job Training FolderProvide cover to support other business functions as required in the warehouse.WarehouseAdhere to all applicable policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety and GMPParticipate in the maintenance of the site pharmaceutical quality system byRaising change controlsRaising deviationsConducting deviation root cause investigationsIdentifying CAPASupporting quality risk management processesPeriodic review of production documentation (BMRs and SOPs) Education and ExperienceA minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and EnglishA working knowledge of GMP production is preferredUse of Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)The NRL Group connect global companies with the right people to bring engineering projects to life.
