The CompanyOur client is one of the leads from the Biotechnology industry who try to improve patients’ lives, by distributing their medicines to hospital and pharmacies in 100 different countries in the world, to over 10 million patients, in Europe, Turkey, Middle East and Africa RegionsRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Technician – Life Sciences, based in Haarlem. The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing processes, working in clean room environments, and troubleshooting equipment as needed. The individual will also adhere to strict quality control standards and collaborate effectively with team members to maintain consistent production quality.ResponsibilitiesOperate production lines according to SOPs and GMP guidelinesDocument and analyze process data using SAP/MESCollaborate with team members and line leads to meet production goalsEscalate and troubleshoot atypical events using LEAN toolsParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesSupport related logistics and administrative tasksMaintain process continuity and proactively seek improvementsRequirementsMBO (technical/process) or VAPRO A/B certificationExperience in a manufacturing environment; experience in regulated GMP/GDP/ISO settings2+ years practical experience with LEAN/Six Sigma, troubleshooting and CI tools (5WHY, RCA, Kaizen)Working experience with SAP and/or MES and Office toolsFamiliarity with SOPs, calibration, batch documentation and GMPWillingness to work in shifts (2 or 3 shift system)
