The OpportunityWe are looking for an accomplished Senior Administrator to join our Structured Finance team as part of our financial services business in Grand Cayman. The Cayman Islands is home to our global headquarters and where the Maples Group first established operations in the 1960s.

Since then we have grown to become one of the largest employers in Cayman, where colleagues from all over the world collaborate to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients worldwide. As part of our Cayman team you will:

Coordinating due diligence documentation and completing KYC and bank account opening forms for our client entities;Undertaking client set-up and data maintenance within the internal database(s);Preparing internal checklists for onboarding, liquidating and terminating entities;Managing and completing scheduled internal and client activities/tasks for a portfolio of clients;Managing, tracking and undertaking a review process on reports received and coordinating responses on behalf of client entities;Ability to work as part of a centralised support team and coordinate with teammates on certain tasks/projects;Monitoring one or more central inboxes while actioning incoming requests as part of a centralised support team;Assisting with ad-hoc projects as requested; andAssisting Assistant Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents with achieving quarterly key performance indicator targets and delivering first class customer service to our clients.

What You BringIn addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following: a university degree would be an advantage;a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the financial services industry;the ability to apply training, fundamental concepts and experience to new and varied scenarios independently;the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision to ensure tasks are completed and deadlines are met;strong communication and organizational skills;excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications;fluency in English is required.
