Work closely with the Property Manager to ensure that the asset is properly maintained, managed and compliant with regulations.
Preparing and managing our annual budgets and reports which cover the financial performance of the asset, leasing status, and rental collection. Job RequirementsDegree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or any related discipline. At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Must be comfortable with numbers, proficient in Excel.
