Though boutique, they boast of a strong presence across the APAC region - with slightly less than 25 positions on their portfolio, they take pride in minimal portfolio turnover and solid investor relationships across US and Asia. Job Summary: We are seeking a polished and service-oriented Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant to support the high-profile Founder of the firm. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-focused, and possess a high level of discretion and professionalism.
You will be responsible for his business and personal calendar, planning and executing luxury private events/ philanthropic endeavours, coordinating international logistics, and managing the family’s travel needs. This role is ideal for someone who is excited about delivering impeccable service and happy to adapt to ad hoc tasks, as it is a flexible and fast moving role that would require anything from researching luxury lifestyle experiences to designing invites to social parties. Key Responsibilities: Assist in personal and professional scheduling, managing appointments, and ensuring efficient time management for the Founder.
Plan and coordinate exclusive events, including private dinners, networking functions, and philanthropic initiatives that support the Founder’s personal interests and professional relationships. Manage highly sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, exercising sound judgment and professionalism at all times. Oversee complex, end-to-end travel arrangements for the Founder and family, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and curated, in-depth itineraries. Act as a liaison with regional offices, key stakeholders, and high-profile clients on behalf of the Founder. Requirements: 7-12 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally within a family office or investment environment.
Prior experience working with High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals is highly advantageous.
