Marcom Professional (Temp Position) 233396

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marcom Professional to take end-to-end ownership of creating a new mini-site for the company’s internal intranet, delivering engaging and informative content to employees, managers and leadership. This is a project-based role for 6 months, and is based in the company’s R&D center in Petah Tikva.Responsibilities:Content Strategy & Creation: Lead the planning, structure, and content development for a dedicated internal mini-site, ensuring alignment with the company's messaging and goals.Content Gathering: Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders (including developers, managers, and leadership) to gather key information and stories.Research & Review: Read and synthesize background materials and perform basic research to ensure the technical accuracy and strategic relevance of all content.Editing & Approval: Edit and refine all written content for clarity, tone, and accuracy. Manage the internal review and approval process to ensure compliance with company standards.Content Management: Work hands-on with our internal content tool to upload, format, and publish all final content, ensuring a seamless user experience.Requirements:A proven track record in creating compelling, high-quality marketing communication content from scratch: Demonstrated experience in writing text for website copy, articles, internal comms.Native-Level English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English - MUSTTechnological orientation: Ability to quickly grasp and synthesize complex, deep-tech topics and translate them into clear, accessible internal communications.Hands-on Skills: Comfort and proficiency in working directly with internal content tools to manage and publish content.Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to content creation, editing, and final publication, with a keen eye for details.Visual Understanding: Basic graphic and visual understanding.
