We are looking for a Business Controller to join our team in Gardabaer with a hybrid working policy, to act as a business partner to support and take part in management decision-making, risk analysis, performance management and business development, while ensuring governance and compliance for your location/region.

In Your Daily Tasks, You WillSupport of the strategic and operational planning process as well as forecastingTranslate objectives into capacity planning and investment plans for the location, reviews/challenges man and machine hour rates, service tariffs, utilization, et ceteraManage monthly reporting and analysis to monitor KPI’s and targets to measure performance of the different functions/locationsReview and challenge performance with local business/function responsible persons.

Secure necessary corrective actions are taken if and when requiredAnalyze financial performance to gain insight into business trends and identifies key drivers for achieving goalsProject reporting and control (pre/post)Actively drive or be involved in improving above activities, providing better insights and become a proactive sparring partner for local business management. You Will Recognize In Yourself That YouBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Economics or equivalentStrong background in finance, controlling, forecasting and planningExperience in a manufacturing/production environment preferredProficiency in EnglishPractical experience in cost accounting, calculation of tariffs and project control, as well as ERP/BI tools.
