Marine Biologist

Company Description Ocean Guardian International Ltd specializes in aquatic management programs. We provide lifeguard training, water safety education, and develop safety protocols for aquatic environments. Our goal is to ensure safe, enjoyable experiences in and around water. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marine Biologist located in Bimini Bay. The Marine Biologist will be responsible for conducting field work, analyzing marine ecosystems, development of educational programs for high school students,leadership in snorkeling programs,studying various species of fish, and developing conservation strategies. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing data, monitoring aquatic environments, and collaborating with other researchers and stakeholders to ensure effective management of marine resources. Qualifications Proficiency in Fisheries and Fish-related researchExperience in conducting Field Work and understanding EcologyStrong background in Marine BiologyExcellent analytical and observational skillsBachelor’s degree in Marine Biology, Environmental Science, or related fieldAbility to work independently in outdoor environmentsExperience with marine conservation practices is a plusStrong communication and teamwork skills
