Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marine Supervisor based in Singapore. The Marine Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily marine operations for our client, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supervising the performance and of the assigned team. The role also involves coordinating and communicating between operations and engineering teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Qualifications Experience in Marine Operations and knowledge of the Marine IndustryExperience in small powered pleasure craft will be an advantageProficiency in tractor and heavy forklift procedures and related operational knowledgeStrong Supervisory Skills to manage teams (comprising both local and foreigners) and ensure adherence to safety and operational practicesValid shipyard management and safety qualificationsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively under pressureExcellent communication and leadership skillsPPCDL and/or Harbour Craft Manning License preferred
