Based at the heart of West Africa, our team excels in delivering reliable and innovative maritime solutions.Role DescriptionTo strengthen our technical hub in Abidjan, we are recruiting a passionate and experienced Marine Technician / Engineer. You'll be at the heart of the action: ensuring the maintenance, repair, and optimization of our fleet while leading motivated teams for peak offshore performance.Optimize the technical workshop: Design a seamless organization (dedicated zones by specialty, tools, and secure procedures) for maximum efficiency.Oversee maintenance: Manage preventive and corrective interventions on marine engines and equipment, ensuring 100% fleet availability.Lead teams: Supervise and motivate technicians, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental (SQE) standards.Manage supplies: Control spare parts inventories and optimize orders for flawless logistics.Strategic reporting: Provide regular analyses and recommendations to management to anticipate future needsQualificationsEducation: Degree in Marine Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electromechanics (Bachelor's to Master's level, Bac+3 to Bac+5).Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years in marine engine maintenance/repair, ideally in maritime, oil & gas, or offshore sectors.Languages: Fluent French and English (both conversational and technical) for seamless communication with international partners.Soft Skills: Natural leadership, exemplary rigor, team spirit, and a hands-on, field-oriented mindset to tackle maritime challenges daily.What We Offer:Location: Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire – A vibrant base on the Atlantic Ocean shores.Availability: Immediate – Join us without delay!Contract: Fixed-term (CDD) evolving to permanent (CDI).Compensation: Competitive and tailored to your expertise – Please indicate your salary expectations in your application for a personalized discussion.Ready to sail toward new horizons? Send your CV today to employmentcenter@icmholding.net with the subject: Marine Technician / Engineer – ICM NAUTICAL.Deadline: November 3, 2025, at 11:59PM UTCAt ICM Nautical, we value innovation, safety, and excellence.
