Job DescriptionThe supervisor plays a key role in overseeing vessel loading and unloading operations and managing the handling of our clients' cargo.

They also lead initiatives focused on health and safety, operational excellence, customer service quality, environmental stewardship, and employee engagement. Your Role: Plan and allocate lifting equipment and heavy machinery resourcesDispatch tasks and manage a team of twenty longshoremenCoordinate the execution of work to meet agreed timelinesOversee safe work practices and enforce standardsDrive continuous improvement in methods and resource useEnsure client satisfaction by keeping stakeholders informedYou Are Someone Who:
