Support the review and tracking of software-related contracts. Help with the deployment and troubleshooting of software applications. Gather and document software requirements from stakeholders. Provide basic technical support to end-users. Assist in generating reports on software usage and compliance. Qualifications: Strong organizational and analytical skills. SAM Experience. Familiarity with software-related contracts.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment across multiple tasks. Basic understanding of software concepts and terminology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
