About This RoleTFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full-service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.The Market Access – Nordics professional is responsible for supporting strategic market access initiatives across the Nordic region. A strong focus will be on navigating complex reimbursement and subsidy processes across the Nordic countries, ensuring successful applications and sustainable patient access.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights, develop pricing and reimbursement strategies, and support stakeholder engagement activities.As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical/biotech company recognized as an industry leader.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of market access strategies in the Nordics, including positioning of first-line treatments.Prepare payer and health authority materials, including value dossiers and pricing submissions.Lead activities related to reimbursement and subsidy applications across Nordic markets.Analyze healthcare market trends, reimbursement landscapes, and competitor activity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, commercial, and regulatory affairs.Support stakeholder engagement with key payers, decision-makers, and patient organizations.Monitor and report on regional market access developments that may impact strategy.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, health economics, or related field.Experience in market access, health economics, or pricing and reimbursement within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.Proven expertise in Nordic reimbursement processes and successful subsidy applications.Strong understanding of payer requirements and healthcare system dynamics across the region.Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.What We OfferWe provide a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity for personal and professional growth in a rewarding environment.
