Market Access SpecialistA leading global pharmaceutical company is looking for experienced and talented candidates for the position of Market Access Specialist based in Korea.Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the company's market access strategies for the assigned therapeutic area in Korea. - Maintaining stakeholder maps of key officials, assembly members, patient associations and clinical organisations relevant to set market access objectives by therapeutic areas- Building and maintaining a deep understanding of the public policy landscape, including barriers and opportunities to securing access- Developing a thorough understanding of the policy objectives, health priorities, and planned initiatives of government- Supporting the development of a distinctive and realistic policy agenda, in conjunction with other pharmaceutical companies as required- Supporting the development and execution of integrated policy and access strategies across relevant therapeutic areas which align with the wider external affairs strategy and support the achievement of the organisation’s commercial goals- Collaborating with the BUDs to develop access strategy plans, with a particular emphasis on key growth drivers and priority products- Analysing sales and market share data in assigned customer segments to develop plans that will maximize growth and improve the evolution index.- Responsible for Key Decision Maker analysis, financial analysis and key issues analysis.- Work with Cross Functional Stakeholders to Develop Value OfferingsQualifications:- Being a Pharmacist is preferred but not a must.- Able to communicate in both English and Korean- Consultative and negotiation skills- Strong project & planning skills
